Job Overview

The Vice President, Business Development will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for driving BrewGenics’ global growth strategy, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion initiatives.

Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will lead all aspects of business development—including strategic partnerships, ecosystem expansion, institutional engagement, and go-to-market collaboration—ensuring alignment with the company’s biotech-blockchain model and long-term growth vision.

The VP of Business Development will play a critical role in expanding BrewGenics’ market presence, building high-impact partnerships, and enabling revenue growth across platform solutions, data infrastructure, and bio-digital ecosystem initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in biotechnology, digital health, Web3, or platform-based ecosystems, with a proven ability to structure strategic partnerships, drive adoption, and scale business development functions in complex, emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Leadership & Strategic Partnerships

Lead and oversee BrewGenics’ global business development strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and growth objectives.

Identify, structure, and execute strategic partnerships across biotech, pharma, healthcare, research institutions, and Web3 ecosystems.

Build long-term institutional relationships that drive adoption of BrewGenics’ platform and solutions.

Position BrewGenics as a trusted partner in the bio-digital and decentralized healthcare ecosystem.

Go-To-Market Collaboration & Revenue Growth

Partner with marketing, product, and executive leadership to design and execute go-to-market strategies for platform and ecosystem solutions.

Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, partnership channels, and ecosystem expansion.

Develop scalable commercial models, including platform partnerships, licensing, and tokenized ecosystem strategies.

Optimize client engagement lifecycle from origination through deal execution and long-term value creation.

Ecosystem Development & Market Expansion

Build and expand BrewGenics’ global ecosystem of partners, including biotech firms, research organizations, data providers, and blockchain platforms.

Support expansion into key global markets through localized partnership strategies and regulatory-aware engagement models.

Identify emerging opportunities in decentralized science (DeSci), digital health, and tokenized biotech ecosystems.

Collaborate with regional and global teams to align ecosystem growth with market-specific dynamics.

Strategic Deals, Alliances & Institutional Engagement

Lead high-value negotiations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances with institutional partners and stakeholders.

Structure complex, cross-border deals involving data sharing, IP, and blockchain-enabled infrastructure.

Engage with investors, industry leaders, and strategic stakeholders to support growth and market positioning.

Represent BrewGenics at industry events, investor forums, and global biotech/Web3 conferences.

Data-Driven Growth & Performance Optimization

Establish KPIs and performance frameworks linking business development activities to revenue and ecosystem growth.

Leverage data, analytics, and market intelligence to identify high-impact opportunities and optimize deal flow.

Continuously refine partnership strategies based on performance insights and evolving market conditions.

Align business development investments with strategic priorities and long-term value creation.

Leadership & Organizational Development

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global business development team.

Foster collaboration across business development, product, marketing, legal, and executive teams.

Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and partnership frameworks.

Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and ecosystem-driven growth.

Qualifications

20+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic growth within biotechnology, healthcare, fintech, or Web3 ecosystems.

Proven success in building and scaling strategic partnerships and revenue-generating ecosystems.

Strong understanding of biotechnology, digital health, blockchain, or decentralized platforms.

Experience working with institutional stakeholders, including pharma companies, research institutions, and investors.

Demonstrated expertise in structuring complex deals, alliances, and cross-border collaborations.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Finance, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
