Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Finance. The Vice President of Finance will oversee the organization’s financial planning, financial reporting, and management of budgets to align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with executive leadership to develop financial strategies that drive growth and maintain fiscal health.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and creating strategic frameworks to guide the financial direction of the organization.
- Proven experience in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to maintain transparency and compliance.
- Strong foundation in Finance and proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a remote environment effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial domain.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. A CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
