Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Structured Finance Sales Support to lead and oversee the execution of highly structured and large-ticket transactions. This role partners closely with Sales, Credit, and Legal to ensure transactions are properly documented, secured, and processed in alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Essential Duties and Functions include, but are not limited to:
Lead and develop a high-performing Sales Support team.
Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and closing support for complex transactions.
Maintain and enhance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Improve operational efficiency and program quality through process optimization.
Leverage technology to improve vendor and partner experience.
Lead or participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (Paralegal preferred).
7–10 years of experience in financial services or equipment finance operations.
Experience managing complex lease and loan portfolios.
Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
Working knowledge of UCC, secured transactions, and enterprise systems (Salesforce, Excel, Aspire, etc.).
CLFP certification preferred.
