The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a high-growth SaaS company in Southern California to find a VP of Finance who can help scale the business through its next phase of growth. This is a highly visible leadership role working directly with the CEO, CFO, and Board to drive strategic decision-making, forecasting, operational efficiency, and pre-IPO readiness.
If you’ve worked in both growth-stage and public company environments, understand SaaS metrics inside and out, and can turn complex data into actionable business strategy—we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Strategic Finance & FP&A functions
- Drive annual planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, and Operations
- Support executive decision-making, board presentations, and growth strategy
- Improve financial systems, reporting, and operational scalability
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team
What You Bring
- 10+ years of finance experience with 4+ years in SaaS
- Experience in both growth-stage and public companies
- Strong FP&A, strategic finance, and executive partnership skills
- Exposure to IPO readiness, fundraising, or M&A activity
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Adaptive/Anaplan, or similar tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
