A growing organization is seeking a Vice President of Finance to partner closely with executive leadership and help drive strategic financial operations across the business. This individual will play a key role in financial planning, operational performance, forecasting, and process optimization during an exciting period of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning initiatives
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic decision-making and operational performance
• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow management, and KPI analysis
• Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiencies across the organization
• Support business expansion initiatives, system implementations, and operational scaling
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, HR, and senior leadership teams
• Assist with board reporting, investor requests, and strategic finance initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• Prior leadership experience within FP&A, operational finance, corporate finance, or controllership functions
• Strong analytical, modeling, and financial reporting capabilities
• Experience supporting high-growth, private equity-backed, or fast-paced environments preferred
• Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience required
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and business stakeholders
