Role Description
Orion Financial Consultants is seeking a Vice President of Finance for a full-time remote role. The VP of Finance will oversee financial planning, financial reporting, and the development of key financial strategies to optimize business performance. The role will include analyzing financial statements, creating reliable forecasts, leading budget management, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards. This leader will work closely with various stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to design and implement effective financial strategies
- Strong proficiency in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements and managing Financial Reporting processes
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for assessing financial data, identifying trends, and proposing actionable insights
- Thorough knowledge of budgeting and compliance processes
- Experience in leading financial teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation preferred
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
