Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Vice President Finance. The VP Finance will oversee financial planning, analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and ensure accurate financial statements. Responsibilities include managing financial strategy, overseeing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing insights to support decision-making. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals and contributing to long-term financial success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and developing strategic financial initiatives
- Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
- In-depth knowledge of Finance principles and practices
- Excellent Analytical Skills to identify trends and guide decision-making
- Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring accuracy in financial records
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in financial operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field; MBA or CPA certification is a plus
- Experience in digital asset, fintech, or financial services industry is desirable
