Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Vice President of Finance. The Vice President of Finance will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the financial health of the organization. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, providing actionable insights, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves collaborating with leadership to develop strategies for growth and managing financial reporting processes to drive informed business decisions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Proven experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Finance knowledge and Analytical Skills for strategic decision-making
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
- Experience in a similar senior finance role; preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or recreational industry
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
