Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for the Vice President of Business at the Kansas City Artists Coalition. The Vice President will oversee business operations, develop strategic plans, and manage key financial and analytical activities to support organizational goals. Responsibilities include business analysis, project management, fostering partnerships, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring the financial sustainability of KCAC. This leader will work closely with internal teams, artists, and external stakeholders to enhance the organization’s impact.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Analysis and strong Analytical Skills to make data-informed decisions and optimize operations.
- Experience in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing organizational resources effectively.
- Strong skills in Project Management and the ability to oversee and guide multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated Sales expertise and a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships and revenue-generating strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities to guide teams effectively in a remote work environment.
- Prior experience in the nonprofit sector or arts organizations is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Arts Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
