Role Description The Vice President Business Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing core business processes across the organization. This position will lead operational planning, implement scalable workflows, and ensure alignment between strategy, finance, research, and client-facing teams. The role includes managing cross-functional programs, defining performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in efficiency, risk controls, and service delivery. The Vice President will collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, resource allocation, and operational readiness for new products, markets, and partnerships in the digital asset space. This role also involves building and mentoring operations teams, standardizing documentation, and supporting regulatory and compliance-related operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Operations and Operations Management skills to design, implement, and refine scalable processes.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Program Management experience to lead cross-functional initiatives, track milestones, and manage dependencies.
- Solid Finance knowledge to support budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, and operational risk assessment.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets, with a clear understanding of institutional client needs.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including team-building, stakeholder management, and clear communication across functions.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment and navigate a fast-changing regulatory and market landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
