This role offers significant exposure to investors, fundraising strategy, and high-profile emerging companies—ideal for someone seeking a strategic career step within the venture capital ecosystem.
The Opportunity:
Drive capital formation and fundraising initiatives for a dynamic and expanding venture capital fund.
Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
Work closely with leadership to align fundraising activities with broader firm strategy and portfolio growth.
Prepare compelling investment materials, manage roadshows, and support investor due diligence.
Be a visible part of a high-performing team shaping the future of venture investing in Ireland and beyond.
Ideal Candidate:
5+ years’ experience in capital raising, investor relations, corporate finance, or a similar investment-focused environment.
Background in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or Big Four advisory (corporate finance/transaction services teams).
Strong financial analysis skills with experience preparing investor decks, IMs, and fund performance metrics.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with sophisticated investors.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and the ability to operate at pace in an entrepreneurial environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; a CFA, ACA, or MBA qualification is advantageous.
