Role Description
The Venture Capital Analyst/Associate plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and supporting investment opportunities in early-stage and growth-stage companies. The role contributes directly to investment decision-making and portfolio support activities.
Core responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential investment opportunities, preparing detailed investment memos, and supporting due diligence processes. The role also involves building financial models, evaluating market size and competitive positioning, and tracking portfolio company performance. In addition, the position works closely with partners and senior team members to support deal execution, negotiation processes, and post-investment value creation initiatives.
