Role Description

As a Venture Capital Analyst / Associate, you will support the evaluation, execution, and management of investment opportunities across a diverse range of industries and emerging technologies. You will work closely with investment professionals to identify promising companies, conduct market and competitive research, assess business models, and contribute to investment recommendations.

Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening potential investment opportunities, performing financial and operational analysis, conducting industry research, and preparing investment memoranda and presentation materials. You will analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, growth drivers, and key risks to support investment decision-making.

You will also assist with due diligence activities by reviewing company information, evaluating strategic positioning, assessing financial performance, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will contribute to portfolio monitoring by tracking company performance, market developments, and value-creation opportunities.

Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate complex business opportunities in dynamic and fast-moving markets.
