We’re partnering with a not-for-profit aged care provider in Port Macquarie to support two key pieces of work across financial performance and governance.
1. Senior Financial & Performance Analyst (6–9 month contract | full-time)
Focus on understanding financial performance, identifying gaps and providing clear, practical recommendations to improve sustainability and outcomes.
- Deep dive into financial performance, funding and cost drivers
- Identify inefficiencies, revenue gaps and improvement opportunities
- Benchmark performance and translate data into clear insights
- Provide practical, prioritised recommendations
- Work alongside leaders to build understanding and ownership
Ideally you’ll bring a CA qualification and a degree in finance (or similar), along with strong commercial experience.
2. Risk, Compliance & Policy Lead (short-term contract | part-time)
Focus on reviewing and uplifting risk and finance policies, ensuring alignment with legislation and building a practical, audit-ready compliance framework.
- Review and uplift risk and finance policies
- Align policies with current legislation and regulatory requirements
- Map policies to demonstrate compliance
- Develop a practical, audit-ready compliance framework
- Support improvements in risk and governance processes
