Key Responsibilities:
• Process trust deposits, transactions, and disbursements
• Manage trust cheque requisitions from lawyers
• Perform daily and monthly trust reconciliations
• Assist with compliance reporting for regulatory bodies
• Collaborate on local trust initiatives and projects
Requirements:
• College diploma in Business or accounting specialization
• 3-5 years of trust accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Knowledge of Law Society of Ontario regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
