Position: Tru Cooperative Senior Advisor Role

In the role of Senior Financial Advisor, you’ll handle an assigned portfolio of members with investments ranging from $100,000 to $250,000. Your expertise in financial services will allow you to meet diverse member needs and achieve branch objectives. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are crucial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify members’ financial needs and provide tailored advice
• Process transactions involving mutual funds, mortgages, and loans
• Promote Tru Cooperative products and drive sales referrals
• Support and mentor branch staff in lending and investment areas
• Execute other responsibilities as guided by leadership
Requirements:
• Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
• Mutual Funds License required for the role
• 2-3 years of experience in financial advising
• Strong ability to recognize member needs and products
• Proficient in software tools like Microsoft Office
