Treasury Analyst (Recently Qualified Accountant) – Private Family Office – Dublin
HireForce is working with a highly successful private Family Office in Dublin to recruit a Treasury Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to join a financially strong investment business with a diversified portfolio spanning multiple sectors. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in managing treasury activities, liquidity, banking relationships, and cashflow across a group of investment entities.
The Opportunity
As Treasury Analyst, you will become an integral member of the finance team, helping to optimise cash management, strengthen financial controls, and support investment activity across the group. The role offers excellent variety, combining treasury, financial analysis, and project work within a dynamic investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity across multiple entities
- Prepare short and long-term cashflow forecasts to support strategic planning
- Monitor banking activity, cash balances, and funding requirements
- Oversee electronic payment processes and ensure robust financial controls
- Manage banking relationships, account administration, and financing documentation
- Prepare treasury reports and provide analysis to senior management
- Support debt facilities, refinancing projects, and investment transactions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management
- Partner with external banks, advisors, and internal stakeholders
About You
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant
- Experience in treasury, financial reporting, corporate finance, or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of cashflow management and financial controls
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills with experience using financial systems
