Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Treasury Accountant role based in Bahan. The Treasury Accountant will manage daily cash positions, monitor bank balances, and ensure timely execution of payments and receipts. This role will prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, reconcile bank accounts, and support liquidity planning for ongoing projects. The Treasury Accountant will assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, support internal reporting, and provide data for audits and compliance requirements. The role will also collaborate with project, finance, and management teams to optimize cash utilization, manage banking relationships, and improve treasury processes and controls.
Qualifications
- Strong Treasury Management and Cash Management skills, including daily cash positioning and liquidity planning.
- Experience in Cash Flow forecasting, monitoring, and analysis to support project and corporate funding needs.
- Ability to work with Financial Statements and related reports to support treasury and accounting activities.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or treasury systems is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or investment-related industries is a plus.
