We are looking for a Treasurer to join our Payments team. In this role, you will manage bank accounts and payment providers, control daily transaction flows, and support the smooth operation of our treasury across multiple countries.
In this role you will:
- Manage daily treasury operations across banking infrastructure and payment channels;
- Monitor and maintain liquidity balances across bank accounts, and payment providers;
- Process and oversee high-volume fiat transactions across multiple currencies and jurisdictions;
- Reconcile transactions across banking systems, payment providers, and internal platforms;
- Monitor payment flows and investigate discrepancies, failed transactions, and operational issues;
- Support optimization of treasury processes, payment routing, and fund allocation;
- Work closely with Finance, Payments, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth operational processes;
- Maintain accurate treasury records, reporting, and transaction documentation;
- Coordinate transfers between bank accounts and payment providers while ensuring security and compliance best practices;
- Manage relationships with banking partners.
Skills you'll need to bring:
- 1+ years experience in treasury, banking, payments, or fintech;
- Hands-on experience with: banking systems and platforms, payment systems ( e-wallets, SWIFT/SEPA);
- Strong understanding of payment flows, reconciliation, and multi-currency environments;
- Experience working with high-volume fiat transactions;
- English (required) and Russian/Ukrainian (required);
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
