Job Description
Summary:
We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in Transfer Pricing, Data Analytics and Accounting.
The role involves intercompany price setting (transfer prices) based on Novonesis’s transfer pricing policies set by the group and ensure all systems in
respect
of transfer prices are maintained, updated and always fully documented.
Additionally, the role involves transfer pricing controlling and complex cross-data analytics around transfer pricing and related matters, including preparing reports to Group Tax and Corporate Finance globally.
This role requires someone who can work independently and liaise with multiple internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless
collaboration
across different regions.
Job Description
:
Transfer Pricing:
Assist in developing and implementing transfer pricing policies and strategies
Maintaining, updating and documenting transfer prices in systems
Work with global stakeholders across all functions in Novonesis to gather relevant information for further processing and transfer price setting
Ensure the right transfer pricing flows are implemented, as an example to ensure triangular trade functionality is in place, where needed; across different ERP-systems in Novonesis
Prepare all data reports to Group Tax and Corporate Finance based on ad-hoc requests
Support on transfer pricing controlling and assist in profitability analysis.
Work together with Group Tax on various Transfer Pricing related projects on an ad-hoc basis, including SAP4/Hana implementation
Qualified transfer pricing knowledge (OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international developments) to be developed and maintained.
Accounting:
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.

Ambassador for interacting with all relevant stakeholders to be able to provide the most accurate and reliable information to Group Tax
Support global finance by providing accurate transfer prices between legacy system.
Qualifications & Skills
:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Preferably a Qualified M.Com/ MBA/ Semi-qualified / Qualified Cost and Management Accountant (ICWA)
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
