Key Responsibilities:
• Lead tax due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements

• Drive new business initiatives in the private equity arena
Requirements:
• Completion of CPA or LLB and Master of Taxation preferred
• Minimum of 4 years in tax-focused roles
• Involvement in M&A transactions required
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills essential
