This role involves coding invoices in Net Suite, managing employee reimbursements, and supporting month-end close activities. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and code invoices for compliance and completeness
• Manage the AP mailbox and maintain documentation
• Process outgoing payments including EFTs and wires
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and bank transfers
• Prepare reconciliations and support audit activities
Requirements:
• 2+ years relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Strong foundation in invoice processing and reconciliations
• Familiar with banking portals and payment workflows
• Net Suite experience preferred
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
