Under the direction of the Wealth Advisor, the UBC Wealth Management Assistant performs a variety of support tasks in an office setting.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Performs tasks for supervisor and others assigned.
Assists in organizing workflow and establishing project schedules.
Answers telephones, manages files and documentation, and performs special projects as needed.
Greets visitors, distributes mail, schedules appointments for staff, and answers correspondence.
Orders and maintains all departmental supplies.
Participates in sales goals established by management for such items cross-sales and referrals.
Data Entry of client information to forms.
Contact Mutual Fund and Annuity companies to gather and update information.
Operations Responsibilities:
Keep abreast of changes in products, policies and procedures, and attend training as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Customer Service:
Assists customers with resolution of account problems and issues.
Is responsible for comprehensive, prompt and efficient customer service.
Outbound calls to clients and prospects to set appointments.
Requirements:
High school diploma
1 year experience in related position preferred
Must have the capacity to work under stress and handle difficult situations.
