Key Responsibilities:
• Administer portfolio with consistent credit practices
• Mentor team members on credit regulations and procedures
• Resolve customer disputes efficiently and effectively
• Identify credit risks and escalate to management
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in commercial credit required
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel and financial controls knowledge
• Experience training team members preferred
• Flexibility for overtime during reporting cycles
