Tax Senior Manager
We seek a Senior Manager to collaborate with passionate colleagues to plan, supervise, and execute holistic approaches to complex corporate income tax issues. You will build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to diverse and interesting clients, generate new business, and steward a flexible and upbeat work environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute holistic approaches to complex corporate income tax issues.
- Build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to diverse and interesting clients.
- Generate new business and referrals in the regional business community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; CPA or EA license.
- At least 8 years of experience working with technology companies (start-ups and mature entities with multi-state and multinational operations).
- Federal income experience in tax provisions, stock options, start-up costs, research & development credits, and equity funding.
- Strong people skills and relationship-building ability.
Salary Range
$144,000 minimum to $229,758 maximum.
