Tax Manager – Kalbe Ecossential International Inc.
This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with tax and financial regulations through accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and successful audit management.
- Tax Compliance and Reporting: Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including planning, reporting and audits
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with PFRS and regulatory requirement
- Financial Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with all department
- Financial Audit: Lead both internal and external audits, liaising with auditors to ensure adherence to financial and operational standards
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting and tax team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Stockholder Communication: Provide clear financial analysis and reporting to management and BOD
Requirements
- CPA certification is an advantage
- With minimum of 5 years specifically as Tax Sr. Supervisor or Manager
- Has experience handling full cycle of tax audit
- Willing to work on-site located in Manggahan, Pasig City.
