Responsibilities:
Providing a primary contact for clients, attending meetings as required and supporting with strategic business and tax advisory services
Overseeing personal tax returns for a varied client portfolio
Supporting Junior staff with any technical queries
Management of P11ds
Completion of complex tax returns
Liaise with HMRC and resolve any client queries
Support with ad hoc tax advice and advisory projects for clients
Lead and mentor a small team promoting a client-centric environment
Contribute to monthly management meetings to drive operational and cultural improvements
Skills and experience required:
CTA qualified (or equivalent)
Experience managing a
diverse
client portfolio in a practice.
Technical expertise in personal tax and capital allowances for sole traders and partnerships
Excellent knowledge of tax legislation.
Proficiency in addressing complex tax issues
Ability to nurture and maintain strong client relationships
Strong
leadership
