The successful candidate will collaborate with investment teams and stakeholders to streamline processes, analyze performance metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Role Summary
Purpose:
To streamline fund operations and investor reporting by leveraging advanced AI tools while ensuring strict adherence to evolving Swiss and EU regulatory frameworks.
Impact:
This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of financial data and ensuring our operational workflows are compliant with the August 2026 EU AI Act deadline.
Team Structure
Part of a 6-person Operations & Technology team, collaborating closely with Investment Professionals and the Chief Compliance Officer.
Reports ToWorking Conditions
Travel Required:
10%.
Standard European business hours with flexibility for month-end/quarter-end closing cycles.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to maintain focus during long periods of data analysis.
- Comfortable with frequent video conferencing and screen-based collaboration.
