The Opportunity
CNTXT is the largest Arabic AI company, built in Abu Dhabi, in the one region where AI capital and government demand run deepest. It owns the Arabic stack the global players cannot build: Munsit, its Arabic voice AI, beat OpenAI, Meta, Microsoft and ElevenLabs to rank first at NADI 2025; its data business runs on more than 30,000 hours of real Arabic speech across 25-plus dialects, serving global robotics and frontier-AI leaders; it deploys sovereign and on-premise for Gulf governments; and partners include NVIDIA, AWS, Oracle and TII.
The product and the moat are real, and the company is moving toward a major raise and, in time, an exit. What it needs now is the finance, governance and operating backbone of an institution, and someone to carry the capital story. That is this seat
The Role
The SVP of Strategy is the founder’s right hand on everything that makes the company institutional. You own finance, legal and the people function, and you act as chief of staff: the operating cadence, the board and investor interface, and the narrative that carries the company through its raise and toward an exit.
You report directly to the founder and CEO, sit alongside the SVP of Operations and the SVP of Growth as one of three SVPs beneath a two-person C-suite, and build the functions beneath you.

The Mandate
First 90 days
Take ownership of the model and the numbers. Pull finance, legal and people into one clean operating picture, stand up board and investor reporting, and get the decision-making and cadence running.
By 6 months
A finance function producing clean, investor-grade numbers, legal and governance on a real service level, the people function built, and the company diligence-ready.
By 12 months
Lead the company through its next capital raise, an institution-grade back office and governance in place, and the finance and operating discipline a serious buyer expects.
The Profile:
Must Have
- A senior finance-and-strategy operator who can carry a company to a raise and an exit.
- Fluent enough in finance to own the model and the numbers.
- Able to oversee legal and the people function, and disciplined enough to run the operating system.
- Credible in front of investors and a buyer.
Strong Plus
- Experience making a concentrated or sovereign-linked business legible to Western capital.
- MENA and Gulf experience.
- Experience taking a company through a raise or an exit.
- Chief-of-Staff or COO-adjacent background.
