The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing production planning, ERP system optimization, materials management, and clinical/commercial supply chain operations to ensure efficient manufacturing and uninterrupted product availability. This role manages finite production scheduling, inventory targets, purchasing needs, and supply planning while identifying risks and adjusting schedules to meet operational demands.
The position also serves as the lead for ERP system maintenance and continuous improvement, ensuring accurate master data, process governance, and system effectiveness across supply chain and operations. Additional responsibilities include managing clinical trial material shipments, coordinating inventory replenishment, and supporting site dosing schedules.
This role requires close collaboration with Operations, Quality, Warehouse, Finance, and Program Management teams to align production schedules, material availability, and business priorities. The ideal candidate has strong experience in supply chain planning, MRP, ERP systems, inventory control, and regulated manufacturing or biopharmaceutical environments, along with advanced Excel skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced setting.
