We are working confidentially with a leading global investment bank to identify an Associate for their RMBS origination desk. This is an execution-focused seat for a structured finance professional looking to build genuine deal ownership within an active origination franchise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting live RMBS transaction execution across the deal lifecycle
- Building financial models to evaluate deal economics and structuring decisions
- Preparing client-facing materials and internal approval documents
- Coordinating with rating agencies, investors, and legal counsel on live transactions
- Contributing to market research and new business origination efforts
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years RMBS, structured finance, or fixed income experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capability
- Working knowledge of RMBS transaction structures
- Series 79 and Series 63 required or actively pursuing
- Strong Bloomberg proficiency
- Willingness to travel up to 5% for client collaboration
Beneficial
- Rating agency background covering RMBS or structured credit
- Exposure to warehouse lending or consumer ABS
- Prior involvement in investor roadshows or deal marketing
