About the role

The Baku Stock Exchange is seeking a skilled Strategy coordinator. The Strategy coordinator plays a critical role in coordinating the strategic roadmap of the Exchange, ensuring rigorous market analysis, cross-departmental alignment, and the execution of key growth initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to directly shape the development, innovation, and long-term resilience of Azerbaijan’s capital market infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

Assist the CEO Office in the coordination, planning, and monitoring of BSE’s strategic directions.

Conduct research and prepare high-impact presentations for board-level and leadership meetings.

Analyze market trends, internal data, and performance metrics to support decision-making.

Collaborate cross-functionally with departments to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned and progressing.

Support the CEO Office in preparing briefing materials, speeches, reports, and executive summaries.

The above Responsibilities are not limited to only listed and additional tasks may be requested from the CEO Office as requirements arise.

Requirements

This position is open to citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan only.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

Exceptional Power Point and presentation design skills – able to communicate ideas clearly and visually.

Strong analytical and research capabilities – attention to detail and ability to interpret data effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required, Russian is an advantage).

Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Previous experience in strategy, consulting, or executive support is a plus.
