To develop structured, data-driven models of the industry and adjacent sectors in which RYDENA operates, supporting strategic decisions related to market positioning, investments, partnerships, and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Industry & Market Analysis
· Build and maintain industry models covering supply, demand, pricing, and cost drivers.
· Analyze upstream and downstream value.
· Support demand and supply forecasting under different scenarios
Competitive & Market Intelligence
· Track competitors, capacity changes, investments, and strategic moves.
· Analyze market structure and competitive positioning.
· Prepare comparative benchmarks and industry maps.
Technology & Trend Analysis
· Monitor emerging technologies, materials, and production methods.
· Assess their potential impact on market dynamics and RYDENA’s positioning.
Investment & Strategic Support
· Support valuation work (DCF, multiples, scenario analysis).
· Participate in screening potential acquisition or partnership targets.
· Assist in preparation of investment memos and strategic recommendations.
Data & Reporting
· Collect, clean, and structure data from public and commercial sources.
· Develop repeatable analytical templates and models.
· Prepare structured reports and executive summaries for management.
Experience
· 3–5 years in:
-investment funds (PE / VC / infrastructure / industrial focus), or
-corporate strategy / corporate development, or – sector-focused analytical roles.
· Hands-on experience with financial and industry modelling.
Skills
· Strong Excel-based modelling skills.
· Solid understanding of valuation techniques (DCF, scenarios).
· Ability to structure complex information logically.
· Experience with data tools (SQL / Python / BI) – advantage, not mandatory.
Mindset
· Analytical, structured, curious.
· Comfortable working with partial information.
· Willing to learn industry specifics deeply.
Languages
· English – fluent
· Russian – upper intermediate
