Compensation: $175,000-300,000 (Commensurate with experience and performance)
One of the most exciting and fastest growing PE firms invested in Asset Management, Luxury and Lifestyle, Insurance, Infrastructure, and Technology and Entertainment. Seeking a strategic FP&A professional and decision maker to provide analytical depth and financial insights to support senior leadership
- Ability to convert complex financial data into clear and actionable narratives for senior stakeholders
- Own the annual budgeting process and build and maintain integrated financial models
- Produce management reporting packages for the CFO, CEO and Board
- Serve as trusted finance partner to business unit leaders across investments, distribution and operations
- Support ad-hoc financial analyses for new product launches, M&A due diligence and strategic initiatives
- Drive automation
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-10 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial planning experience; asset management or financial services exposure preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (three-statement models, scenario analysis, driver-based forecasting)
- Mature, dedicated, reliable, and professional, with a hands-on attitude and the willingness to perform all responsibilities required for success
- Familiarity with AUM-based revenue models, management fee economics, or fund-level accounting
