We are actively hiring a Strategic Finance Lead for a permanent opportunity with a new client. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering directly with business units and executive leadership.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Drive financial strategy, planning & forecasting
Build advanced financial models (AI-driven insights)
Partner with business leaders to improve profitability & growth
Lead performance analysis, dashboards & reporting
Conduct risk assessments & ROI analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally across operations, sales & marketing
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
5–10 years of experience in FP&A / Financial Analysis / Strategy
Strong expertise in financial modeling, Excel, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI), SQL
Experience in professional services / contingent workforce (preferred)
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Proactive, analytical, and strategic mindset
