EKO Bulgaria is an international company operating in the field of fuel and fast‑moving consumer goods. The company distributes its products and offers its services through a network of over 101 petrol stations operating under the EKO brand.
The company is looking for a Stocks Accountant keen to pursue a career in a multinational organization. The person will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency of the company’s books and records by managing daily accounting tasks.
Main responsibilities:
- Booking invoices and credit notes for stock deliveries and transportation cost;
- Reconciling and confirming of vendor balances;
- Reconciling & controlling the balance of certain G/L accounts;
- Overall supporting of the month-end close activities;
- Participating in and supporting the internal continuous improvement initiatives;
- Archiving documents.
What are we looking for:
- University Degree in Accounting/Finance/ Economics;
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems;
- Proactive attitude with natural professional curiosity;
- Ability to handle financial and quantitative data with precision and confidentiality;
- Strong analytical skills with attention to details and high level of accuracy;
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to work under pressure;
- Outspoken personality with excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Highly proficient in MS Office;
- Good level of written and spoken English.
