Position: Staff Accountant for Gaming and Hospitality Financial Transactions

As a Staff Accountant, you will support financial transactions related to gaming and hospitality, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation. You’ll be involved in treasury functions, preparing journal entries, and supporting month-end close processes. Your analytical skills will drive the financial integrity of operations while collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and reconcile cash, credit card receipts, and other revenues
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for accuracy
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes
• Prepare GST and PST tax calculations
• Communicate with teams on accounting matters
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of accounting or finance experience
• Relevant post-secondary education required
• Strong grasp of accounting reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Highly organized with effective communication skills
