Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional with U.S. bookkeeping and tax experience to manage client books, maintain accurate records, and support ongoing accounting needs.
This is a hands-on role. The right candidate must be comfortable working directly inside client accounts, reviewing transactions, reconciling accounts, identifying issues, and keeping books current without needing constant supervision.
Key Responsibilitie
- sMaintain and update client books on a regular basi
- sReview, categorize, and record financial transactions accuratel
- yPerform bank, credit card, and account reconciliation
- sIdentify missing information, unusual transactions, or bookkeeping issue
- sCommunicate clearly with internal team members regarding client account need
- sSupport month-end and period-end bookkeeping task
- sAssist with basic tax-related accounting preparation and documentatio
- nKeep client records organized, accurate, and ready for revie
- wWork across multiple client files while staying on top of deadline
