Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to grow. You’ll play a key role in supporting financial reporting, month-end close processes, and various accounting functions that ensure accuracy and compliance in our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Prepare and post journal entries
Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
Support internal and external audits
Help maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies
Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and other departments
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
Internship or relevant accounting experience a plus, but not required
