Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Serve as accounting liaison to multiple operational departments
• Review and analyze income statements for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare internal and external financial statements and management reports
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and related journal entries
• Conduct financial analysis and communicate insights to operations leadership
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and cost of sale accounting
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements
• CPA preferred
