Staff Accountant Jobs in Santa Ana, USA at Vaco Recruiter Services
Essential Functions
- Performs various month-end general ledger account reconciliations including cash, intangibles, prepaids, accruals and other balance sheet reconciliations
- Assists in analysis of general ledger account fluctuations.
- Assist with documentation for annual audit
- Interacts with various departments within the Company to ensure appropriate treatment of transactions
- Performs research of operational and accounting issues as necessary.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Detail oriented.
- Minimum of 1 year accounting experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong Excel knowledge (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Sumif)
- Accounting knowledge required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
