Foxtale is a fast-growing D2C skincare brand focused on science-backed, performance-driven products. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Manager – FP&A to lead financial reporting, planning, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate is a CA with strong
analytical skills
and experience in a
dynamic
D2C or FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Take end-to-end ownership of internal and external reporting, including Sales Tracker, Monthly MIS, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements .
Maintain high standards of accounting hygiene by ensuring accurate transaction recording, financial data integrity, and reconciliation with MIS.
Identify and implement opportunities for
process optimization
and automation across financial planning and reporting functions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to identify P&L
optimization
opportunities and support initiatives to drive profitability.
Monitor and track budget adherence across departments and ensure financial discipline among key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
Prior experience in a D2C or FMCG organization preferred.
Strong grasp of financial reporting, planning processes, and
budget management
.
Proven ability to analyze financial data, derive insights, and influence decision-making.
Excellent
communication
, stakeholder management, and
team collaboration
skills.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems and reporting tools is a plus.
