Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support Corporate Functions (G&A Finance). This role will act as a strategic finance partner, driving financial planning, modeling, and analysis across operating expenses, capital investments, and real estate portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a strong financial modeler with experience in forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX management, and business partnering.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A / Financial Analysis / Accounting / Data Analytics
- Strong expertise in financial modeling (mandatory)
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and planning
- Solid understanding of CAPEX, OPEX, and financial statements
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced level)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, or Python
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Anaplan, etc.)
- Experience in lease accounting / real estate finance
- Exposure to global finance environments
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting, and forecasting cycles
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models
- Perform scenario planning and long-range financial analysis
OPEX / CAPEX Management
- Manage and track operating expenses (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX)
- Provide insights to improve cost efficiency and investment decisions
- Analyze three-statement financial impact (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Lease & Real Estate Finance
- Conduct lease accounting and real estate portfolio analysis
- Evaluate rent, CAM, and facility-related costs
- Support footprint and site-level financial decisions
Month-End Close & Reporting
- Partner with Accounting during monthly close cycles
- Ensure accuracy of accruals, prepaids, AR, invoicing
- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Facilities, Procurement teams
- Support budget management, headcount planning, and contract analysis
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership
Automation & Data Analytics
- Improve reporting using SQL, Snowflake, Python, or similar tools
- Build dashboards and scalable reporting solutions
- Support process automation and documentation (SOPs)
Additional Requirements
- Must be flexible to attend early morning PST meetings (7 AM – 10 AM)
- Candidates near San Francisco Bay Area preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment
