Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advisory on capital management actions and guarantees
• Support regulatory capital treatment for new products
• Partner to evaluate transaction impacts on portfolio performance
• Identify and implement capital optimization strategies
• Ensure timely updates to policies based on regulations
Requirements:
• 7+ years relevant capital management experience
• Deep understanding of wholesale banking products
• Experience evaluating products from regulatory perspectives
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Preferred designations: CFA, FRM, CPA
