We will continue to strategically develop both global and local sourcing approaches. Local suppliers may earn the right to become a global supplier, while global suppliers are measured on their ability to leverage global volume with local service to all Camfil sites. The goal is to continuously create more value for Camfil' s business at a lower total cost in a competitive environment.

Responsibility Summary
The Sourcing Finance role provides financial analysis, cost visibility, and business partnering support to strengthen sourcing decisions, procurement performance, and long-term supplier negotiations.
Success requires strong financial acumen, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to turn complex cost, commodity, FX, logistics, and supplier data into actionable insights.
This role will also actively support our global key accounts are continuously improving their cost/price structure, improving our margins indirectly, account wise per KA.

What will you do?
In this role, you will monitor market trends, forecast spending, track savings including purchase price variance, and provide financial insights to optimize sourcing strategies. You will summarize costs and total spending by product type, supplier, region, and component, including direct and indirect supply chain costs.
You will analyze budgeted versus actual costs, identify gaps and leakage, evaluate make-versus-buy scenarios, and track year-over-year savings and inflation impacts by supplier, region, and component.
You will support productivity and cost reduction initiatives by establishing auditable financial baselines, creating material cost forecasts based on commodity trends, and developing cost models for major components used during the bid phase.
You will also analyze FX exposure, logistics costs, duties, freight, payment terms, working capital impacts, and supplier financial health. As a business partner to Category Managers, Supply Chain Managers, and Finance, you will support supplier selection, negotiations, gate reviews, and long-term sourcing decisions.

Advanced skills in Excel and PowerBI, experience with large data sets, sensitivity analysis, financial modeling, data analysis tools, and executive-level presentations are essential.
You will also need strong knowledge of sourcing ERP systems, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. Certifications such as SCMP or CPIM are desirable.
You should have 3-5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, procurement, sourcing finance, operations management, or a related industry environment, ideally in manufacturing.
Strong experience in cost analysis, financial modeling, spend analysis, commodity trends, savings tracking, inflation impacts, FX, logistics costs, supplier financial health, payment terms, and working capital is required.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, sourcing ERP systems, and executive-level presentation development are expected.
Professional-level English, both verbal and written, is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across Finance, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Sales Application, and regional stakeholders.
