You will provide financial guidance, oversee accounting for sensitive expenditures, and ensure all operations align with CFSEU-BC’s standards. Your expertise will help the team process financial reporting while working closely with the Finance Manager and Director of Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify documentation accuracy for sensitive expenditures
• Assist in preparing financial reports for audits
• Ensure compliance with internal and external accounting policies
• Support accounts payable by processing expense reports
• Analyze financial data to guide resource use
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of finance/accounting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Familiarity with financial systems like SAP
• Ability to develop financial policies
• RCMP security clearance eligibility
