Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Vice President of Operations. The SVP of Operations will oversee and optimize the organization’s operational processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency across all business functions. Responsibilities include strategic planning, managing Profit & Loss (P&L), leading customer service initiatives, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The SVP of Operations will collaborate closely with other executives to formulate and execute strategies that enhance scalability and promote growth.

- Expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Project Management
- Strong experience in Customer Service with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills in high-stakes environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive results
- Demonstrated ability to implement operational improvements and streamline processes
- Familiarity with technology and system integration is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
