Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Vice President of Operations. The SVP of Operations will oversee daily operations, including managing budgets and P&L performance, developing and implementing strategic plans, monitoring project execution, and optimizing operational processes. The role will also involve ensuring superior customer service delivery and fostering a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management to oversee and optimize business performance
- Proven business acumen in Strategic Planning and the ability to set and drive organizational goals
- Strong skills in Project Management to lead and execute key initiatives effectively
- Experience in providing and monitoring high-quality Customer Service
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage teams
- Comprehensive understanding of the insurance or commercial property industry is preferred
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
