Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. The successful candidate will lead corporate development initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end deal processes, from due diligence to negotiation and integration, as well as designing and analyzing financial models to evaluate potential opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders to shape and execute corporate growth strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Corporate Development and Acquisitions, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities
- Strong proficiency in Financial Modeling and Finance, with a focus on analyzing and structuring deals
- Extensive experience in performing and leading Due Diligence processes
- Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and executive leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional and senior-level stakeholders
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Background in the luxury goods, retail, or consumer goods industries is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in high-pressure environments
