Position: Senior Test Lead for Financial Services
Drive crucial testing initiatives as a Senior Test Lead in financial services. Oversee UAT and end-to-end testing for a significant U.S. Treasury Cash and Repo Clearing project in a hybrid work model.
This role requires managing the full testing lifecycle, including strategy and defect governance, within a large-scale capital markets program. With a minimum of 10 years in relevant testing leadership, you’ll work with cross-functional teams ensuring readiness and compliance for regulatory deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own complete UAT strategy and execution phases
• Lead testing coordination with internal teams and external partners
• Ensure testing prerequisites such as data and environment readiness
• Review and refine test scenarios for thorough coverage
• Run daily testing calls, addressing issues, and tracking progress
Requirements:
• 10+ years in testing leadership roles
• 5+ years in UAT and end-to-end testing
• Knowledge of capital markets and regulatory change
• Experience with dealer operating models
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
